Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at service@turfspin.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item before initiating a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
