Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

After dispatch, delivery takes 5–6 business days.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international destinations.

Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are managed by USPS or FedEx.
